LOCKDOWN ANXIETY

Coronavirus and Lockdown has made us all change the way we live our lives. We were isolated from our friends and family members and unable to enjoy our usual freedoms. Some of us enjoyed the solitude, peace and quiet whilst others have felt anxious, low and frustrated that normal routines have stopped.

Schools returned and some of us felt more anxious than usual in re-joining the world and re-adjusting yet again.

Who to talk to?

It’s really important to talk to someone you trust about the way you feel. You could talk to your Head of Year, your parent or care giver, or another trusted adult.

Don’t keep it all in. There are people there to help!
