Find the positive antidote

When negative things happen – always try to find the positive antidote to soothe it. Examples might be:

if you’re feeling rejected – bring to mind a time when you were accepted

if you’re feeling that you can’t succeed – bring to mind a time when you did really well at something

if you’re feeling that someone doesn’t like you – bring to mind a close friend or family member that likes you just as you are

Make sure that the positive always wins 🙂
