Triggers

What triggers anxiety?

It’s very simple.

A thought. Just a thought.

There are all sorts of external factors that we may think cause us anxiety but it is actually our thinking about those things that releases that adrenaline. Let’s consider some common ones:

Change
Fear of failure
Sexuality
Being different
Being in the spotlight
Saying no
